Hi, I'm Karolin Alkerton

Director of School is Easy Greater Hamilton

I’d like to assure you that when we say we are different, we are. We are different in our approach to learning and supporting the whole student in whatever they are experiencing academically as well as with confidence in their skills and knowledge.

We support by using the tools that are being used every day in their own classroom, based on the curriculum that is being taught at the time. We build confidence as well as strengthen skills already acquired and move forward at a pace that is custom to each student’s capabilities and capacity. We build customized learning plans, based on individual needs and support for as long as is needed. This is how we are different!

I truly love what I am doing and my passion for teaching and love of learning have been qualities I have shared at many levels in my teaching experiences.

I transitioned into education after many years in the Media and Communications industry. During this time, while working with developed and developing nations globally, I saw the impact solid educational opportunities have on students everywhere.

This is what prompted my transition into Education as I completed my BEd and MEd in Curriculum Teaching and Learning. These skills I use in my business each day as the value of education can not be understated.

I believe in an holistic education plan that incorporates the social and emotional along with academics into students’ success and achievements, and this is what is behind everything I do to help students reach their goals and potentials.
