As a highly motivated professional with a strong background in STEM, she provides professional tutoring services to students of all ages. Right after completing her Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Bachelors in Education, It was no surprise when she became a high school Mathematics teacher. Amrit spent more than 7 years teaching full time in the classroom in public/private schools.
Amrit grew up in New Delhi, and studied Mathematics (Honours) and Economics in University of Delhi. She commenced her career in strategic finance and international marketing after post – graduating with an MBA in 2006. She made a successful career as a Research Analyst in a multinational hospitality technology provider company.
A few years ago, she made the decision to move into teaching. As a highly motivated professional with a strong background in STEM, she provides professional tutoring services to students of all ages. With the Covid-19 pandemic, schools have been closed during lockdowns, which has interrupted children’s education and socialization. Amrit started up a new, innovative tutoring services business for Canadian children in elementary school, high school and university.
Amrit says, “ Better academic outcomes have far-reaching benefits for children, their parents and communities. Not only do the students have a higher likelihood of continuing their education and/or training, which can increase the likelihood of better economic outcomes for the students as they grow into adults, but it can help improve a child’s confidence, self-esteem and happiness by helping them achieve their goals and succeed.”
