Hello, I'm Donna Garratty
Director of School is Easy Solihull
Hello and welcome to School is Easy!
I’m Donna, and I am Area Director for School is Easy Solihull.
I live in the beautiful cathedral city of Lichfield with my husband, Jeff, who runs a successful franchised Pet Care business that has been built on great service and customer care.
They say don’t work with children or animals and we do both!
I am a qualified and experienced trainer, business and performance coach, recruiter, account manager and sales professional. I trained in the UK and in the USA with Noble Manhattan, Tony Robbins, Dr Roger Callahan, and The Figley Institute. My career in the field of personal and professional development has meant I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and businesses in the public and private sector, all to make a difference, and often by helping others to overcome stress and trauma to achieve their goals.
I hold the view of ‘get them early’! I believe that by providing fast and effective interventions and teaching now when students are young will chart the course for the rest of their lives. Having access to an individualised approach to education is the key to their success.
I have always been passionate about moving people from where they are now, to where they want to be. One of my strengths is recruiting tutors with diverse personalities and teaching approaches. This enables me to facilitate the most effective student-tutor relationship, and provide laser focussed teaching through our outstanding tutors so that every student can make significant progress. We understand that each student is different, with different learning styles. It is for this reason I work closely with families and teachers to ensure that we get exactly the right tutor for every student.
As Area Director for School is Easy, I am bringing my experience and enthusiasm to children and adults alike. I arrange meetings at student homes to understand where they are going, and provide solutions to help them to get there. I work in a consultative partnership with students, parents, tutors and schools to enable them to meet their career or business goals.
