School is Easy Langley North is led by Doruk Gundogdu, an educator and longtime Langley community member whose passion for helping students succeed has shaped both his education and career. A graduate of Walnut Grove Secondary School, Doruk is currently completing his Bachelor of Education at Trinity Western University with the goal of becoming an English and History teacher.

Before pursuing a career in education, Doruk spent several years as a Theatre Manager with Cineplex Entertainment, where he developed his leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. As his passion for teaching grew, he transitioned into education as an English Language Arts teacher and began volunteering at a local high school, helping students work through academic challenges and experience those rewarding moments when a difficult concept finally clicks.

Those experiences showed Doruk that academic success is about more than improving grades. The right support can help students gain confidence, become more comfortable with challenges, and discover a genuine excitement for learning. That belief ultimately drew him to School is Easy and its mission of providing personalized academic support that meets students where they are.

Today, Doruk and the team at School is Easy Langley North provide personalized tutoring for K-12 students throughout Fort Langley, Walnut Grove, Willowbrook, Willoughby, Clayton, Cloverdale, and surrounding communities. With support in math, English, science, social studies, English Language Learning, and more, the team is committed to helping every student strengthen their skills, believe in their abilities, and feel confident enough to raise their hand when they know the answer.
